Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026 · savvahq.com

Who we are

Savva HQ ("Savva", "we", "the service") is an AI store manager for Shopify merchants, operated by Zoxas LLC (Wyoming, USA). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions any time: hello@savvahq.com.

What Savva does

What Savva does NOT do

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any store you connect (i.e. you own it or are authorised to manage it).

Approvals and the action log

Changes to your store are made only after your approval of the proposed change. Every action Savva takes is recorded in an action log visible in your dashboard. Because you approve changes before they ship, you are responsible for the approvals you give — review them like you'd review an employee's plan. If something goes wrong anyway, tell us at hello@savvahq.com and we'll help put it right; logged actions make that straightforward.

Unapproved changes. If Savva ever makes a change to your store that you did not approve, tell us and we will (a) revert the change, and (b) refund your current month's subscription fee. The action log makes verifying this straightforward for both of us.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation

Your data and content

Your store, your products, your customer data and anything Savva creates for your store (copy, pages, email flows) belong to you. We use your store data only to provide the service to you — see the Privacy Policy for details on what we access via Shopify OAuth, how long we keep it and how to delete it. You can revoke Savva's access from your Shopify admin at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Savva to break the law, to violate Shopify's terms, to send spam, to infringe others' intellectual property, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts doing any of that.

Third-party services

Savva works with third-party platforms (Shopify, Stripe, Telegram, Meta, email providers). Their terms apply to your use of their platforms; we are not responsible for their services or outages.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoxas LLC's total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Savva and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate without cause, we refund the unused part of your current billing period.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll notify you (email or in-product) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
